The Antenatal Support Programme

Feel stronger, comfortable and confident for birth

Introducing the Antenatal Support Programme - a collaborative initiative created by expert-led antenatal care:

● Magdalena - Women’s Health, MSK & Paediatric Physiotherapist
● Emily - Aquanatal Instructor, Midwife & Health Visitor

Pregnancy is an incredible journey, but it can bring aches, discomfort, and uncertainty about staying active and preparing for birth.

This specialist-led programme combines expert physiotherapy assessment with gentle, guided aquanatal exercise to support you throughout pregnancy in a safe, calm, and professional environment.

  • The programme is designed to help you stay active with confidence, move more comfortably as your body changes, and prepare both physically and mentally for birth. It offers professional support to help you feel informed, reassured, and empowered throughout your pregnancy journey.

In the third trimester, carefully selected movements are used to encourage optimal baby positioning and support your body’s natural preparation for birth. While the programme mainly focuses on preparing for vaginal birth, personalised guidance is also available for those planning a Caesarean section.

Whether this is your first pregnancy or a second or subsequent one, the programme is tailored to your individual needs. It is ideal if you are experiencing discomfort, feeling unsure or anxious about birth, or simply want expert, evidence-based care to support you during pregnancy.

If you are looking for professional guidance to help you feel stronger, more comfortable, and confident as you approach birth, this programme offers a safe and supportive way to prepare your body and mind.
