Hatched aquanatal classes are designed to support both your physical and emotional health during all stages of pregnancy. The expertly designed aquatic exercises perfectly balance both cardiovascular exercise and relaxation, helping to optimise wellness throughout pregnancy and prepare the body for birth.

Classes take place at the wonderful Aqua Include swimming pool in Castlethorpe. As a brand new, independent pool, you can expect impeccably clean changing rooms, a warm and comfortable pool temperature, and a welcoming, friendly environment.

Classes will start in July and booking will open soon.
